One day I left Varadero to go scuba diving in the Bay of pigs. This meant 300 km on a bus from the north coast to the south coast and back. The pictures give you an impression of what Cuba looks like, seen through a window without being able to really get in touch with the country. Click on the picture to learn why I decided to come back to Cuba one day for an individual round trip on exactly this day.... |

Of course, on an all inclusive tour you spend a lot of time in the hotel bar and meet people from anywhere in the world. A good opportunity to take some funny pictures... I know, these pictures are of no interest to others. To all who've been there: Click on the picture. To all the others: Don't complain about boring photographs. |

All long distance trips end, where they started. And it is not really nice, to come back to Frankfurt airport, see a grey sky through the roof of the railway station and to know, that it's only -4 degrees Celsius out there. I'm still freezing.... |
